For those with Wells Fargo accounts, it is possible to setup free transfers through your online account, saving you a trip to the bank.
*All international wire transfers impose a $25.00 transfer fee. Please account for that in your total amount when completing the transfer.
We are committed to protecting your information. Although information on our website, for example, images, copy description, logo, are not secure, we can assure you that any information that is collected from the user, such as payment processing is secured. While we do our best to protection your information, you are also responsible for protecting your information by, for example, protection your account credentials. If you have reason to believe that your account has been compromised, please notify us immediately.
Shipping delays happen. Shipping companies get bogged down, an employee is disgruntled, holidays create chaos. In the case of a shipment delay, here is what you can do:
If you have not received a shipment within 5 business days, please open a case to notify us, and we will assist with the tracking process. If you have not received the shipment within 10 business days, we will send out a replacement order or issue you a credit, at your request. If the first order does arrive after ten business days, please notify us. We ask that you ship it back to us, or keep the items and we will invoice you for the kept items, plus replacement and return shipping costs.
All orders over $5000 will be automatically insured.
We do our best to make sure all orders are correct before shipping, but sometimes things are mis-shipped. In the case of a mis-shipment, please open a case with us within 3 business upon delivery date, and we will contact you to arrange a replacement.
If there are other problems or issues with your order (i.e. items short, missing items), you will have 3 business days upon delivery date to inform us. Any requests after the 3 business days will not be accepted.
We do our best to make sure all ordered items are in stock. In the event an order is oversold, we will contact you with options for substitution or credit. If we are unable to reach you, we will remove the item(s) missing, send you an updated order confirmation, and ship you the remaining order.
