We want nothing more than for our customers to know they receive quality products and high quality service from All Day Vapes. Our return policy reflects our commitment to retailers and our unique alignment with their interests.
Generally, defective products may be exchanged for the same or equivalent products. If the product is not available at the time of the exchange, the option of a substitution or credit will be presented to you.
To initiate a return, please go to "My Account", select the corresponding Sales Order for the item(s), and select "Return Request." Once this has been done, please allow for 2-5 business days for approval and return process. Please also give a brief explanation of the problem you are experiencing with the product to appropriately receive credits for the return. Credits to use on your next order will only be available for returns. No other options for refunds are applicable. Pictures and/or videos are highly recommended. If returns are received without a Return Authorization created, your returns will not be processed and the items will be shipped back to you on your cost. Your Return Requests must be approved by All Day Vapes in order for you to receive all necessary credits for defective items.
If not otherwise stated, we accept returns for credit on defective items within sixty (60) days of the invoice date. Please make sure you have a copy of the retail customer receipt.
All clearance item sales are final.
We make every effort to prioritize and minimize the processing time for your replacement (or credit.) All Day Vapes will not be held responsible for products returned due to customer error. When we receive your defective item, we thoroughly inspect and test the product for confirm the issue. We reserve the right to refuse credit or to replace products if we do not feel the product was shipped back due to the reason provided.
